Credit card details or first night deposit by post will secure your
Room.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel booking within 5 days of day of arrival and no
charge is made.
If first night payment has been paid a administration fee of £15.00
will be deducted before refund, to cover bank charges Etc.
If cancelled less than 5 days before
arrival a full first night cancellation charge will be incurred .
Check in: Check in time 12pm onwards.

out time is 10.00 am.

It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the premises of
Hawthorn Lodge Guest House, and a cleaning charge of £100 will be
made to credit card of any person found to have been smoking on the
premises.
